This writ appeal is directed against the orders passed by the

learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.11829/2008 dated 7-4-2008.

(2). Having gone through the orders passed by the learned

Single Judge, we are of the firm opinion that the learned Judge has not

committed any error, whatsoever, to call for our interference. Accordingly,

while confirming the findings and conclusions reached by the learned Single

Judge, we reject this writ appeal.
