Background
1. The Applicant filed an RTI application dt.30.12.08 with the PIO, NWR, Ajmer
requesting for information against 6 points including PF amount and its details,
payment details of CTD of JC Bank, report of Punchnama, Action taken by
Administration on I.G. letter dt.27.3.07 etc. The PIO replied on 14.1.09 requesting the
Applicant to deposit Rs.10/- .The PIO furnished the desired information on 6.2.09 after
the Applicant deposited the amount on 5.2.09. Not satisfied with the reply, the
Applicant filed an appeal dt.27.5.09 with the Appellate Authority. The Appellate
Authority replied on 24.6.09 providing further clarification. Still not satisfied, the
Applicant filed a second appeal dt.nil before CIC.
2. The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the hearing
for January 15, 2010.
3. Shri S.M.Johry, Sr.DPO and Shri P.S.Chouhan, Sr.PO represented the Public Authority.
4. The Appellant was not present during the hearing.
Decision
5. The Commission noted that the Appellant is seeking the decision on the charge sheet
that was issued to her husband and on review of the information provided, also noted
that the speaking order dt.6.4.87 in response to the Appellant’s spouse’s defense has
already been provided by the Respondents vide letter dt.12.1.10. However, the
Commission directs the PIO to provide the information for a second time although the
order was included once before in response to the first appeal.
6. The appeal is accordingly disposed off.
