This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Chingleput to dispose of A.S.No.11 of 2008, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. No counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents. However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that a Transfer Original Petition has been filed before the Principal District Court, Chingleput, during the month of July, 2009. However, no orders have been passed in the said petition.
3.In view of the averments made on behalf of the petitioners and on perusal of the records available, this Court finds it appropriate to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Chingleput, to dispose of A.S.No.11 of 2008, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
