FACTS
:
The matter, in short, is that the appellant’s husband is a Accounts
Clerk-cum-Typist at Nehru Yuva Kendra, Dang (Gujrat). He had earlier
filed an appeal which was decided on 23.9.2009 in File No.
CIC/LS/A/2009/000783. In the present appeal, the appellant has virtually
raised the same issues which were earlier raised by her husband.
2. The matter is called for hearing today dated 5.1.2010. Appellant not
present. The public authority is represented by the officer named above.
He would submit that response was given on some of the points to the
appellant earlier vide letter dated 19.5.2009. He would also submit that
additional information was also provided to the appellant vide their letter
dated 1.1.2010.
3. It is to be noted that the appellant’s husband is an employee of the
organisation and he intimately deals with the issues raised in the present
appeal. It is, therefore, not clear to the Commission as to why
applications/appeals are repeatedly being filed by the husband-wife duo.
This tendency needs to be eschewed.
DECISION
4. In view of the above, the appeal has no merit and is dismissed.
