At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits
that in in similar set of fact this Court has intervened and
granted protection.

The order passed by this Court dated 29.6.2010 in writ
petition no. 36986 of 2010 has been annexed at page 27 of
the writ petition. Other orders are also annexed.

Sri Pankaj Kumar Shukla, learned counsel accepted notice
for the Corporation.

He may file counter affidavit by the next date.

Connect this petition with the writ petition referred above.

In the meantime the order dated 26.6.2010 demanding
additional security shall remain stayed.
