By means of the present writ petition the petitioner is challenging the notices
under Section 41(6) relating to the provisional assessment for the various
months for the year 2007-08. The assessment year has been expired on
31.3.2008.

In the circumstances, we do not see any reason to interfere in the matter. The
writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
