04. 19.08.2011 Although a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of
the respondents and is placed on the record of the proceedings but
the order dated 12.1.2010 passed by the District Magistrate, Buxar
forfeiting the security amount of the petitioner and issuing direction
for installation of Nozzle Based System for supply of kerosene oil
as communicated under the letter dated 14.1.2010 by the District
Supply Officer, Buxar, has not been placed on the record of the
proceedings, despite being under challenge in the present
proceedings.
Mr. Apoorv Kumar, Assisting counsel to S.C. 10 prays
for a short adjournment to place on record the aforesaid order dated
12.1.2010 of the District Magistrate, Buxar by the next date.
As prayed, put up on 06.09.2011 retaining its position.
