Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the controversy involved in the
aforesaid writ petition has already been concluded vide judgment and order
dated 21.9.2005, passed in Writ Petition No: 6017 (MB) of 2005: M/s Satish
Chandra Vs. State of U.P. and others and other connected matters, therefore,
the petitioner prays for the same benefit in the instant writ petition as has
been extended to the petitioner of Writ Petition No: 6017 (MB) of 2005.
The learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid position.
We, therefore, dispose of the writ petition finally by giving the similar benefit
to the petitioner as has been given to the petitioner of Writ petition No. 6017
(MB) of 2005 and direct the office to issue a certified copy of the order passed
in Writ Petition No. 6017 (MB) of 2005 also while issuing a certified copy of
this order.
The writ petition is disposed of finally.
