In the meanwhile, if the appellant approaches the

Bihar State Financial Corporation for the one time

settlement, the Corporation will furnish the application

forms and will extend other facilities to the appellant. The

furnishing of the application forms or raising demand by the

Corporation or submitting the application for settlement by

the appellant will not create equity in favour of or against

either of the parties.
