Facts
:
1. The appellant did not avail of the opportunity of personal hearing on
18.02.2009. The appeal is therefore examined on merit.
2. The appellant has sought to know the action taken on her representation
for redressal of her grievances. The CPIO has furnished a point-wise response,
with which the appellant is not satisfied, probably because her grievances have
not been redressed. Hence, this appeal before the Commission.
Decision:
3. On perusal of the documents submitted by the appellant, it is observed
that the order of the Appellate Authority has not been complied with, as the CPIO
has not obtained the information from the concerned officials for transmission to
the appellant. The CPIO is therefore directed to indicate the action taken on her

date of issue of this decision.
4. With these observations, the appeal is disposed of.
