2. He prays for and is granted three weeks’ time to file counter affidavit. Two
weeks thereafter for rejoinder affidavit.

List thereafter.

The petitioner-employer is prepared to provide the employment to the
respondent No. 2. The respondent No. 2 is to approach the petitioner within
a period of one month and the petitioner shall provide the employment to the
respondent No. 2 on the current wages.

The operation of the award so far it relates to back wages, etc. is concerned
shall remain stayed till further orders.
