JUDGMENT
Petitioner challenges Ext.P3. Ext.P3 is an order passed
granting stay of collection of the amount on the petitioner paying 25% of
the tax and furnishing security bond for the balance amount.
2. I went through the order and I heard learned counsel for the
petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
3. Having regard to the terms of the order, I do not think that
the petitioner has made out a case for interference and the challenge to
Ext.P3 is only to be rejected. Petitioner sought time to pay the amount.
Petitioner is granted three weeks time from today to comply with Ext.P3.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
