Background
1. The Applicant filed an RTI application dt.29.1.10 with the CPIO, DDK, Ranchi. Ms.Sarmistha, CAPIO
replied on 26.2.10. The information sought and the reply provided are given below:

Not satisfied with the reply, the Applicant filed an appeal dt.19.3.10 with the Appellate Authority
stating that the information is not complete and is vague. On not receiving any further reply, she filed
a second appeal dt.25.4.10 before CIC requesting for the information once again.
2. The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the hearing for October
21, 2010.
3. Nobody represented the Public Authority.
4. The Appellant was not present during the hearing.
Decision
5. On perusal of the submissions on record, the Commission noted that the photocopies of notings
related to Dr. B.N. Singh’s LPC had not been provided to the Appellant . The Commission, therefore,
directs the PIO to provide the file notings as sought by the Appellant against point no.(1) of the
application along with copy of LPC , as also the information sought in point 4 , free of cost by 25 th
November, 2010.
6. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
