	Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to place the petitioner Industry before the Sick Declaration Committee and to take action after getting orders from the Committee in respect of the loan borrowed by the petitioner Unit, by considering their representation dated 29.10.2003.

ORDER

Mr.S.Aravindan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3, had submitted that the petitioner Industry is paying all the dues liable to be paid to the Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation Limited, without any default, in accordance with the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and the respondents. Hence, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

2.Mr.S.Mani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the statements made by the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
