In my considered view, the present writ petition is premature as no
recovery citation has been issued to the petitioner. The restoration application
filed by the petitioner is pending consideration.

The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.

It shall be open to the petitioner to file a fresh petition whenever the
recovery citation is issued.
