Learned counsel for the petitioners state that the agreement is not being
executed in view of the pendency of the Civil Misc Writ Petition Nos. 37625
of 2010 and 10578 of 2010.

Since both the aforesaid writ petitions have been dismissed by this Court,
therefore it is open for the authorities to proceed further in the matter.

With aforesaid observation the writ petition is disposed of finally.
