FACTS

By his letter of 15/10/2007, the complainant had requested for information on 10
points about Shri N.K. Nafaria, Executive Engineer, and the tenders awarded by him etc.
As she claims to have received no information from CPIO, she has filed the present
complaint before this Commission.
2. The matter was heard on 24/02/2009. Ms. Pinty is represented by Shri R.P.
Boora. The Public Authority is represented by the officer named above. It is the
submission of Shri N.K. Nafaria that the requisite information has been furnished to the
complainant. However, Shri Boora would submit that no documents have been received
from PWD.
DECSION
3. Be it as it may, Shri RK. Nafaria is hereby directed to furnish relevant documents
to Ms. Pinty in one weeks time.
4. The matter is disposed of subject to the above directions.
