opposite-parties no. 1 to 3.

List along with Writ Petition No. 2539 of 2010 (M/B).

As the interim order has already been passed in the identical matters,
we provide as an interim measure that the respondents shall not realise
taxes on molasses, but, shall keep an account of molasses
purchased/sold during the pendency of the writ petition so that, in any
case, the writ petition fails because of the judgment of the Hon’ble
Supreme Court, the petitioner shall be held liable to pay taxes in
accordance to law.
