Kindly refer to your letter No. NIL dated NIL in reply to the Show Cause 
Notice issued vide Commission’s Order of even number dated 22.12.2009 in the 
case   of   Md   Gani   Miya   Vs   CPIO,   Andhra   Bank,   Ranga   Reddy   (A.P.).   Your 
explanation  was   placed   before   the   Hon’ble   Information  Commissioner   who   has 
accepted it as satisfactory.  In view of the same, the show cause notice issued to you 
is, hereby withdrawn and the case is being treated as closed.
