		Counsel submits that in terms of  the order passed by the Rajasthan Tax Board, Ajmer dt.13.2.09 he is entitled for refund but the same has been denied on the premise that department has preferred sales tax revision petition in this Court but no notice so far has been served upon the petitioner.		
		Issue notice to the respondents along with a copy of this order as to why the petition may not be disposed of at the stage of admission, returnable by four weeks. Notices may be given 'dasti', if desired. List after service.
