this writ petition involves the same controversy as in Writ Petition
Nos. 42446 of 1999 and 42447 of 1999. He prays that this writ
petition may come up alongwith the above referred two writ
petitions.

Office is directed to list this writ petition again alongwith Writ
Petition Nos. 42446 of 1999 and 42447 of 1999 by giving
simultaneously serial number and printing the name of counsel
appearing in all the writ petitions.
