This
matter has come up before this court on 22.01.2010. The matter was
adjourned as a last chance for today. Today, learned advocate for the
petitioner has filed leave-note which is not entertained. Earlier
the matter was dismissed for default since the matter is of the year
1993. Since the matter is of the year 1993, it will not be
appropriate for this Court to adjourn the matter. In that view of the
matter, this court has no option but to dismiss the petition.
Petition therefore stands dismissed for default. Rule is discharged.
Interim relief if any stands vacated.
