4 11.11.2011 This application is allowed in the
same terms as passed in CWJC No. 14783 of
2009 and Annexures 3 and 4 are accordingly
quashed. The matter is remanded back to
the District Agriculture Officer, Patna to
issue a fresh show-cause notice to the
petitioner within a period of 15 days on
receipt of copy of this order. The
petitioner is directed to supply a copy of
this order within a period of one month on
its receipt. The petitioner is also
directed to file a show-cause within a
period of 15 days on receipt of notice and
the matter should be disposed of by the
District Agriculture Officer, Patna within
a period of three months thereafter.
This writ application is allowed.
