As prayed by Mr. Saurav Arun, appearing for the State,
two weeks time is allowed, within which counter affidavits on behalf
of Secretary, Department of Agriculture & Cane Development,
Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi must be filed.
As prayed on behalf of the petitioners, the respondents
will bring on record the letter no. 272 dated 17.2.2011, issued by the
Chief Engineer(respondent no. 4). The respondents will also make the
comments about the said letter in the affidavit.
Put up these cases on 10th May, 2011
Till that day, interim order dated 15.3.2011 shall
continue.
Let a copy of the order be given to Mr. Saurav Arun, as
prayed.
