The prayer in the Application is for restoration of the appeal dismissed earlier vide Order No. S-174, A-211/KOL/2001 dated 17.4.2001 on the ground of non-production of clearance certificate by the High Power Committee. Now the Committee on Disputes vide Item No. 24 of the Minutes of the Meeting held on 22.3.2001 and circulated vide their letter dated 30.3.2001, has permitted the applicants/appellants to pursue the appeal before C.E.G.A.T. Accordingly, we restore the appeal to its original number.
