Heard today dated 08.06.2011. Appellant present. The UP Sainik School
is represented by Lt. Col. Deshraj Mishra, Registrar. The parties are heard.
2. At the very threshold, Col. Mishra would submit that UP Sainik School
does not come under the purview of Ministry of Defence and that this school
comes under the purview of Government of UP. He, therefore, pleads for
dismissal of appeal on the ground of lack of jurisdiction of this Commission.
3. As the School in-question does not come under the purview of MoD, this
Commission has no jurisdiction. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
