appearing for the State-respondents.

Petitioners’ representation dated 2.7.2010 (annexure 2 to the writ petition) is
pending before the District Magistrate, Mirzapur. Therefore, this petition is
disposed of with the direction to the District Magistrate, Mirzapur (respondent
no.2) to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioners in accordance
with law by a reasoned speaking order within a period of one month from the
date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
