After having heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the

learned Government Pleader, we are inclined to modify the judgment

of the learned Single Judge as follows:

Instead of the direction to pay Rs. 15 lakhs before 30.04.2007,

the direction shall be read as a direction to deposit Rs. 15 lakhs on or

before 10.06.2007.

This writ appeal is disposed of as above.
