the respondent. Therefore, the information has been denied u/s 8(1)(j) of the
Act.
Decision:
3. The appellant has not indicated as to what is the public interest in seeking
personal and official information about an employee of the respondent. She has
also not indicated as to how she is affected in the matter. Denial of information
u/s 8(1)(j) of the Act is, therefore, justified.
4. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
