10/ 11.08.2011 Learned counsel for all the parties of the aforesaid three
cases submit that they are not analogous cases and they are
absolutely separate in their reliefs and subject matters. In the said
circumstances, let the said three cases be not considered as
analogous cases and be delisted from their present places.
Let C.W.J.C. No. 3387 of 2011 and C.W.J.C. No.2661
of 2011 be listed at their respective places where they were earlier
listed.
So far C.W.J.C. No. 334 of 2001 is concerned, let it be
listed under the heading `Admission’ at 12 noon within top-five
cases on 24.08.2011.
