                            O R D E R

The petitioners who claim to be the registered owners of

two Taurus lorries bearing registration Nos. KA 21 C/9776 and KA

21 C/7037 claim to have filed Annexures B and C claim petitions

dated 11.06.2007 in respect of those lorries. The grievance of

the petitioners is that the said claim petitions are not being

disposed of by the Judicial First Class Magistrate, N. Paravur.

This Crl.M.C is disposed of directing the Judicial First Class

Magistrate, N. Paravur to dispose of the said claim petitions

expeditiously and at any rate within three weeks of receipt of a

copy of this order.
