Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and also learned A.G.A. appearing
for the State.

We have been taken through the allegations contained in the F.I.R. and the
material on record.

The victim is present in the court.

Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is granted three day’s time to
file rejoinder affidavit.

List this matter on 9.2.2010.

Till then the arrest of the petitioners, namely, Mukesh Yadav, Kalua, Bachu
Singh, Nemi Singh, Smt. Jai Devi and Rajveer who are wanted in case crime
No. 4 of 2010 under sections 363, 366 I.P.C. P.S. Kagraul District Agra
shall remain stayed.
