Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA.
It is submitted that in this case after investigation, the charge sheet has been
filed against the petitioner no. 1 and no evidence was found against the
petitioner nos. 2 to 9.

In this view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous and it is
accordingly dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
