2. 14.10.2011. This case was regularly passed

over to enable learned counsel for the

Bank to get instruction. On instruction,

orally it was submitted by Shri Rakesh

Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the Bank

that amount has already been credited to

the account of the petitioner. The

statement made by learned counsel for the

Bank has been disputed by learned counsel

for the petitioner.

Accordingly, the respondent/Bank

is directed to file a detailed counter

affidavit.
