respondent no.3, whose name has been

mentioned in paragraph-2 of I.A. No.1756

of 2011 in substitution petition as well

as limitation petition i.e. I.A. No.1818

of 2011, which has been filed for

condoning the delay in filing the

substitution petition, for which

requisites etc. under ordinary post as

well as registered cover with A/D must be

filed within ten days, failing which the

memo of appeal shall stand rejected

without further reference to a Bench.
