2. 12.07.2010 Call for legible carbon copy of the case diary of

Barauni (Chakia) P.S. Case No. 12 of 2010 from the court of

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, and also a report from the

Superintendent of police, Begusarai, about the antecedent of

the petitioners, who are accused in the aforesaid case, so as to

reach this Court within three weeks and put up after receipt of

the same.
