Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional
Government Advocate.

Under challenge in the instant writ petition, is impugned notice dated
16.4.2010 issued by the Additional District Magistrate, Unnao under Section
3 of U.P. Control of Goondas Act.

The petitioner has not shown any cause to the authority concerned.

This writ petition against the show-cause notice is not maintainable and is
accordingly dismissed.
