ORAL ORDER5 22-07-2014 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In view of the demand notice dated 3.5.2013 directing the
petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 85,58,508.83 paise there would
be no difficulty in holding that the present writ application is
squarely covered by the judgment of this Court dated 22.7.2014 in
C.W.J.C.No. 9133/2014 (M/s Shivam Mini Modern Rice Mill v.
the State of Bihar & ors.) and its analogous cases.
That being so, this application is disposed of exactly in
the same terms as in the case of M/s Shivam Mini Modern Rice
Mill (supra).
