Raniganj (Araria) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2009 from the court

of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria and put up

immediately after receipt of the same.

In the meantime, for a period of three months

or till disposal of the case, whichever is earlier, no

coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners,

namely, Munna Sharma and Rajeev Kumar Sharma, in

connection with aforesaid Raniganj (Araria) P.S. Case No.

66 of 2009.
