Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
appearing for the State.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that the
applicants are not named in the FIR and thereafter in the statement of
witnesses name of the applicants appeared and they have been
assigned role of hatching conspiracy.
Learned A.G.A. contended that the applicants were involved in
committing the murder of the deceased. The applicant no. 1 is first wife
of the deceased and applicant no. 2 is daughter of applicant no. 1. The
deceased was kept of her husband and this was the reason that the
applicants have hatched the conspiracy to eliminate the deceased.
The applicants are not named in the FIR. The applicants are in jail
since 6.6.2010.
Considering the accusation made against the applicants and and
without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the
applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicants Munni and Rekha involved in Case Crime No.
398 of 2010 under Sections 302, 120-B IPC Police Station Daurala ,
District Meerut be released on bail on their furnishing a personal
bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the
court concerned.
