Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

As a consequence of the punishment order, recovery has been initiated
against the petitioner under the order dated 17.12.2009.

Learned counsel contends that the appeal against the punishment order
is pending before the District Magistrate, Chitrakoot.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall
file an application before the respondent No.2, who shall proceed to
consider the claim of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in
accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a
period of 3 weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this
order before him.
