This is an application to substitute the heirs of petitioner no. 1 who passed
away on 14.10.2005.

I have heard Sro O.P.Misra,learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Aroop
Banerji, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

There is no substantial opposition to the substitution application. The
substitution application is allowed.
Let the necessary heirs be brought on the record by the office within a period
of three weeks.

Interim order granted earlier is extended till the next date of listing.
