Disobedience of Annexure II judgment in W.P(C) 8471/08 is what is

complained of. Today, Standing Counsel for the respondent on

instruction submits that they have already made payment of

Rs.3,02,580/-. However, counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim

is for Rs. 3,07,349/-, with interest till the date of realisation. If any further

amount is due, I direct that it will be open to the petitioner to take up the

same with the respondent, in which case, the respondent shall do the

needful. However, having regard to the payment of a substantial amount,

it is not necessary to proceed with the contempt of court case. Closed.
