This writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus, to
direct the third respondent to receive the complaint, dated 07.09.2010, which
had been sent by the petitioner, by registered post.
2. Mr.K.M.Vijayakumar, the learned Special Government Pleader takes notice
on behalf of the respondents.
3. At this stage of hearing of the writ petition, the learned Special
Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, had stated that the
registered letter, said to have been sent by the petitioner, had been returned
without the knowledge of the third respondent. He had further submitted that,
as and when the petitioner submits his complaint, the third respondent shall
register the same.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Special Government
Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, this writ petition is closed, as
no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
