                           J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached this Court with certain grievance

regarding shifting of market and construction of bus stand. In

view of the intervening developments, in case the petitioner has

still any grievance left, he may approach the panchayath, in

which case, the matter will be duly considered by the panchayth.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
