       Dated this the 14th day of July, 2008.

                     JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that notwithstanding the directions in the

judgment Annexure-C, the petitioner may be

permitted to furnish bank guarantee for the

amount of Rs.6,23,817/- i.e. after deducting the

amount of Rs.50,000/- paid by the petitioner’s

father. The said suggestion is quite reasonable

and will secure the interest of the Board.

Accordingly, it is ordered that if the petitioner

furnishes bank guarantee as aforesaid, the

judgment will be given effect to within a week.

This contempt of court case is closed.
