                            JUDGMENT

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is a direction to

the respondent to disburse the terminal leave surrender salary to

the petitioner.

2. Having regard to the limited nature of the relief that is

sought for and the amount that is due from the respondent, it is

directed that the said amount shall be disbursed to the

petitioner, within four weeks of production of a copy of this

judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
