                            J U D G M E N T

Ext.P2 is an application submitted by the petitioner for

renewal of the permit. Petitioner seeks its consideration by the 1st

respondent.

In view of the pendency of Ext.P2, this writ petition is

disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the same taking

into account Ext.P5 also. Orders thereon shall be passed as

expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period of six weeks

from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Petitioner shall produce a certified copy of this judgment

before the 1st respondent for compliance.
