       This is in continuation of this Commission's decision dated
16.1.2009. As the appellant did not receive the requisite information, he
has filed the present non-compliance complaint before the Commission.
The mater is called for hearing today dated 15.12.2009. Appellant is
represented by Shri Jagjeet Singh. The DDA is represented by Shri S.S.
Parihar, Dy. Director (IL). Shri Jagjeet would submit that he has sent a
number of letters to Dy. Director (IL) but these have remained
unresponded so far. He fervently requests for suitable response from DDA
in the matter in hand.

2.      Shri Parihar would submit that the original file has since been traced
and he will now send a suitable response to the appellant in respect of his
letter dated 16.10.2007 in 04 weeks time.

3.     The matter stands closed at the Commission's end.
