& 2nd respondents and learned State counsel Ms. Krina
Calla appears for 3rd Respondent, and therefore, no
notice need be issued. Counsel for the appellant will serve two
copies of paper book on them by tomorrow. During pendency of
the Appeal, the Registrar-General of this Court will release the
amount of Rs. 10.00 lakhs in favour of the respondent, which the
respondent will receive; subject to the decision of the Appeal.
Earlier order of this Court passed on 1st September 2010
stands modified to the extent above.
